# Automações

> Crie, publique e gerencie fluxos e comandos automatizados no Whatix.

A tela **Automações** permite criar fluxos automáticos que agilizam o atendimento e reduzem tarefas repetitivas. Cada fluxo começa com um gatilho, como uma nova mensagem recebida, e executa as ações configuradas no construtor.

## Fluxos e comandos

A tela tem duas abas:

* **Fluxos**: lista as automações.
* **Comandos**: lista os comandos cadastrados, com busca por palavra-chave e a opção de criar um novo.

Na aba **Fluxos**, a tabela mostra para cada automação:

* **Início da automação**: o gatilho, como **Nova mensagem recebida** ou **Novo atendimento criado**, e onde ele vale, como uma fila, um canal ou qualquer canal e fila.
* **Status**: se o fluxo está ativo ou inativo.
* **Publicação**: **Publicado** ou **Rascunho**.
* **Versão** e a data da última atualização.

## Criar um fluxo

Clique em <button type="button" aria-label="Botão Nova Automação (exemplo visual)" className="inline-flex h-8 items-center gap-1 rounded-md bg-emerald-500 px-3 text-sm font-medium text-slate-900 transition-colors hover:bg-emerald-600"><span aria-hidden="true">＋</span> Nova Automação</button> . Informe o **Nome da automação** e, se quiser, uma **Descrição** para identificá-la. Ao clicar em **Criar e Continuar**, o Whatix abre o **Flow Builder**.

No construtor, defina no bloco inicial **quando o fluxo começa** e os filtros do gatilho. Depois, conecte os componentes da paleta:

* **Básico**: Mensagem, Mensagem com botões, Enviar template, PIX WABA, Menu, Entrada e Seleção Dinâmica.
* **Inteligência e conteúdo**: Busca no Conhecimento, Resposta IA e Agente IA.
* **Controle**: Condição e Ação.

Use **Salvar** para guardar as alterações e **Publicar** para colocar o fluxo em uso.

## Usar um template ou importar

* <button type="button" aria-label="Botão Importar automação (exemplo visual)" className="inline-flex h-8 items-center gap-2 rounded-md border border-slate-300 bg-white px-3 text-sm font-medium text-slate-700 align-middle transition-colors hover:bg-slate-50">↑ Importar</button> carrega um fluxo a partir de um arquivo JSON, como os gerados por **Exportar JSON**.

Fluxos criados por template ou importação começam como **Rascunho**, para você revisar antes de publicar.

## Ações do fluxo

Na coluna **Ações** da tabela, estão disponíveis:
